TORTELLINI SALAD

  • 2 CUPS OF CHEESE TORTELLINI.

  • 2 CUPS OF CUBED AMERICAN CHEESE.

  • 2 CUPS OF PEPPERONI.

  • 1/2 CUP OF BLACK OR GREEN OLIVES DRAINED & SLICED.

  • 1/3 CUP OF RED ONION - CHOPPED.

  • 1 MEDIUM TOMATO.

  • 1/2 CUP OF CICIARELLI BROS DRESSING.

STEPS:

  1. PREPARE TORTELLINI TO DESIRED DONENESS ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON PACKAGE.  RINSE WELL AND DRAIN.

  2. IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS; TOSS GENTLY TO COAT DRESSING.  

  3. COVER AND REFRIGERATE 1-2 HOURS TO BLEND FLAVOR.

  4. MAKES 8, 1 CUP SERVINGS.

HINT:  MAY SUBSTITUTE TORTELLINI WITH MRS. T's SMALL PIEROGIES.

 

 

STEAK DELUXE PIZZA

  • 1 MEDIUM SIZE PIZZA SHELL.

  • 2 CHOPPED STEAKS OR 4 STEAK-UMS.

  • 1 SMALL RED PEPPER.

  • 1 SMALL GREEN PEPPER.

  • 1 SMALL ONION.

  • 1 CUP OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE

  • 1 CUP OF PROVOLONE CHEESE.

  • CICIARELLI BROS. DRESSING.

STEPS:

  1. SAUTE PEPPERS, ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS IN PAN.

  2. BRUSH PIZZA SHELL WITH CICIARELLI BROS. DRESSING.

  3. TOP SHELL WITH STEAK AND VEGETABLES & CHEESE.

  4. COOK PIZZA ACCORDING TO PIZZA SHELL PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
